These legislative changes will affect e-commerce in 2023

The year 2022 flew by, despite or perhaps because of the numerous events it brought with it. Now, in any case, the turn of the year is just around the corner - for us, always the occasion to give a little preview of the upcoming legal changes that will play an important role in e-commerce in the coming year. Although experience shows that a number of developments will be added over time anyway, there is already a colorful variety of topics on the agenda.  

In January, it will start with the "Electrical and Packaging Act" and from May it will be followed by the "Digital Markets Act and brings rules for digital companies with large market power" and then in June the "Copyright and more powers for consumer protection".
