We have connected the web server to the Navision server, which is located locally in the company, via a VPN connection. located locally in the company. The Vision

We wanted to create a webshop that automates all actions without much manual work. It was necessary to connect several warehouses to the webshop. Also, we had to enable several payment methods (bank transfer, card payment - one-time and in installments, cash on delivery). The web store should enable customers to easily navigation through the assortment and facilitate the selection the equipment suitable for their needs. Since we expect a large number of orders of orders, we needed to automate the entire process, from procurement to sales and delivery of the goods in an automated process.

The Solution

We found the Smartstore platform allowed us to easily customize to our needs. Most of the features we needed were already built in, and we created additional Functioen created through plugins. We successfully connected Smartstore via web services to the Microsoft Navision system. The data is divided between the two databases - customers, products, addresses, orders and stock.
