  7. You can view the payment information at any time on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app.

  8. To pay the invoice, go to "All orders" in the Klarna app , select the relevant order and follow the instructions under "Payment options".

  3. After making your selection, follow the instructions to confirm the installment purchase.

  4. You will receive the first monthly invoice in the following month, usually in the middle of the month.

  5. You can pay your installments manually or automatically. With automatic payment, Klarna collects the amount on the 7th of the month.

  6. All your purchases are summarized on a monthly invoice.

  7. You can repay the outstanding amount in full at any time.

For purchases over €200 or if you are shopping with Klarna for the first time, you may need to conclude an installment contract.

Important notes:
  • Always use the same e-mail address for your purchases to bundle all installment purchases in one account.

  • For fixed installments, you must pay the agreed amount each month, otherwise the installments will be converted into flexible installments.

  • Klarna carries out a credit check and can reject the installment purchase if your creditworthiness is insufficient.
