The plugin allows exporting product data in PDF format. The data is stored in a brochure-like style, including table of contents and product images.
These PDF catalogs are useful to forward to customers who do not want to or cannot work with an online store, or to display them in your retail store.
The operation is very simple.
The plug-in simply plugs into the catalog section in the store administration backend. Store operators can use the following in the item list easily select articles or immediately output the entire article inventory as a catalog.
Store operators can find advanced selection options and settings in the "Product PDF Export" export profile. Here can be Filter and select store data in many ways.
Store operators can thus easily define the individual filter to narrow down the catalog content:
- Catalog over the complete assortment
- Catalogs from a sub-shop (multishop)
- Catalog from product groups
- Catalog from manufacturer/brands
- Catalog from product tags (keywords)
In addition, restrictions can be set on price from/to, availability date from/to, recommended yes/no, and more be.
Article variants can also be output. The scope of the item description can be divided into several levels of detail set.
You can choose in which language version your catalog will appear. With a customer ID you can define on which basis to the example, discounts and special prices are calculated in the catalog.
You can download your complete catalog from the store or save it to the server automatically, even at specific schedules, in compress it into a ZIP archive and then send it via any publishing profiles, for example, by mail, FTP, HTTP POST.
